I have tried many times to reach out to this vendor ( LaBelle Dive Lace Wigs). I have even given them extra time to deliver my product to me. So after 30 days of waiting for my product to arrive the website clearly states that you get your product in 3 days! (3- full lace wigs) I finally just asked could they refund me my money. They said that they would deliver my money no later than 6 pm Friday May 27th only for me to check my account on May 31st to find that they have not deposited anything.
I have saved every promised email that this company has ever sent to me and I will be happy to forward this on to anyone this is ridiculous that a person could think that they could get away with something like this, money is too hard to come by. This person Linda Chiyoge sounds like a great business woman over the phone but she is anything but a professional, she is a true deception .
All that I am requesting is a total refund from this vendor and I would like for anyone that might think about ordering from this supplier PLEASE DONT DO IT! I am a single mom and I need my money to be refunded ASAP!

Labelle Diva Lace Wigs- Linda Chiyoge (owner of the company) has taken my $650.00. My order was placed on September 14, 2011. It has been almost 4 months and Im still waiting for my money.
I placed my order on September 14, 2011 (Custom made order/silk top) which was going to take 5 weeks. After 7 weeks I tried to contact the vendor to check on my order. They told me my order was already shipped. Unfortunately; they made a mistake and shipped my product to another customer with my same last name (that was their statement). They promised me they were going to REFUND my money in 14 working days. After the 14 days I called them again and they told me to wait one more week; I waited a week and then two week and then one more week ..Etc. and now I was told that for sure my money was going to be appearing in my bank account at the end of this week. They have lied to me in many occasions and Im tired of hearing the same story over and over again.
I brought that Wig for my wife, she is a cancer patient. She was going to wear the wig for our wedding on October 30. It has been almost 4 months since I order the product. Im worry about my money; and Im also tired of hearing the same statements over and over again. I worked so hard to save that money. I paid the product on time NOW Im expecting to get my refund on time
Linda Chiyoge; all I request from you is my REFUND. In the future please dont lie to customers; Please be honest. I understand that youre having problems with your system; but I know for sure you have an extra phone to contact me; thats not an excuse. This vendor never returned my calls neither my e-mails. All I want is my refund.

LINDA CHIYOGE owner and operater of Labelle Diva Lace Wigs has resolved this issue personally, there was a total miscommunication on an employee's behalf and Linda has fixed the problem by terminating that employee. I know that I have spoken to Linda on many occasions and she was so helpful to me in every way possible. I could not believe that this was the same person that would not respond to my emails... not respond to my calls?
Well in fact it was not her. An employee diguised to be Linda. Well when this was brought to Linda Chiyoge's attention she was oblivious as to what this person had done. Linda did in fact deposit my money back into my account on June 9, 2011 as promised after we cleared this crazy misunderstanding. She also has promised to send me a wig out at no cost to me simple just for the total misunderstanding and the hopes of remaining a loyal customer. I am excited about receiving that wig! The products that are on this website are wonderful wigs. I have infact ordered 3-4 and my clients are very satisfied so the products on this site are indeed worth the money you spend. I experienced little to no shedding at all and I have one that I have washed several times and it still looks great.
Linda Chiyoge has made this right and I do intend to order from this site in the future. I think its a pretty sad thing that the people we hire to work for us, we expect to be able to trust them when infact you don't know who to trust anymore. THANK YOU LINDA AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

This is Linda Chiyoge .Ihave spoken to Donna Brown, which in fact is one of my loyal and favorite
customer who posted this Negative review about my business. I am the owner of
LabelleDivaLaceWigs.com.
The experience that Donna Brown encountered with my business was a HUGE
misunderstanding and an unfortunate mistake that led Donna Brown to report my
business negatively on this website. Her and I have resolved this issue and has
been refunded total of $590. I did not rip her off and i DID NOT Lie to her either.
She has ordered more than 4 full lace wigs from my business and never
experienced any problems. ( In fact she was willing to buy 3 more)! Very high
quality!
Miss Donna Brown has always been a very satisfied and happy customers with my
lace wig products and I look forward to doing business with her!
Donna Brown agreed to respond to this add and testify that in fact a mistake
was made with her transaction of the amount of $590 and the issue has been
resolved!---- and as an act of courtesy, I will send her a FREE 100% full
