Knix.com Afterpay.com Black Friday sale. Chose items and Afterpay.Made 3 payments , Items not shipped still in cart,

All this took place on November 21, 2023. I chose items and put them in the cart.  When I was ready I went to check out. I chose Afterpay with 4 payments of $44.71 ea. I had no problems before so I wasn't expecting any.

Because of the way the payments fell, I made 2 payments. Later that same week , I made 1 more. I waited for the items. They didn't come and were not on the way. I discovered all the items still in the cart and some sold.

I tried to call them, use the chat etc. to no avail. They said they were closing the phone lines! Knix Customer Service 1-647-691-5544. Afterpay Customer Service 1-855-289-6014. So now I'm here. I'm out $178.84 plus tax and no items. No way to complain either. I understand Knix is being sued. Not surprising. My first order went to a computer company in Grand Prairie, Tx!!! They sweetly sent it to me!!!!
