I purchased a brand new Kioti Tractor RX 7320 in 2016. I have had a lot of trouble with it. It has been a very unreliable piece of equiptment here on my ranch. I depend on my equiptment to keep my business going.

The first thing the tractor started doing was burning up clutches. I went through many clutches before I was fianlly sent one that was not defective. The tractor will run hot if we use the AC. This has never been fixed regardless of how many times I have had it in for repairs.

And most recently, I have been without an operational tractor since Sept 2019 because of a faulty fuel tank. This is the second fuel tank that I have replaced in less than 3 months. I was told that fuel tanks are not covered by any warranty.  My part (fuel tank) has been on "back order" since 10/17/19. They told the dealer that their computer systems had gotten a virus and it shut them down. I contact Kioti Customer Service on Sept. 17, 2019 and spoke to Clarence who is an Adminstrator in their Customer Service Dept. I explained my problem to him. He offered to give my number to Steve Casey, a District Manager to call me back. He did not call me back.  And Clarence was condescending and rude.

I own a ranch in Texas. I know of many other ranchers some of who have had the misfortune of purchasing a Kioti Tractor. Their complaints have been exactly the same. Defective parts, extremely unprofessional customer service, and constant repairs to the new tractors. As of today - 11-22-19 I am still without a working tractor and no call from this miserable company. Should've got the John Deere.
