Complaint Review: Kinky Mermaid RedHook St. Thomas USVI

STAY AWAY!!! They are CROOKS, They will STEAL your money!!! Food was OK, service was fair, BUT they added numerous items to our bill that we did not order. They basically doubled our bill. We discussed this with the server and then the manager. They could not tell us everything that we were being billed for, but insisted that the bill was correct.

We were also advised that if we did not pay the bill the police could be brought in. We felt the police would side with the business, so we paid the bill and will battle it out with our bank. We actually never got a paper bill, they just used a tablet, so we called them numerous times, asking for a copy of the bill, we never got that. These people target and SCAM tourists. AVOID this place. YOU have been WARNED!!!
