Complaint Review: The Kingsford Steakager

The Kingsford Steakager I ordered my steakager in mid March. It is now near the end of May and we are unable to get in touch with the company to get any kind of status updates via phone or email.

We cannot get a response with any kind of real estimated shipping date, a tracking number etc. now the company will not answer the phone or respond in email. People have been waiting months. Many are disputing their charges now. We aren’t even sure if they are staying in business
