Complaint Review: Kiana (Ki-Ki) Lovin It Hair

I made an online purchase for hair. The owner never sent the hair, and refused to return my money. I have filled a complaint with my bank to try to get my money back. I spoke with the owner Kiana who admitted she did not even have the products she has advertised to sell. I demanded my money back, and she said she could not give me my money back. Making me have to go through the bank to try to get it back. She did not answer any emails, or prior phone calls from me for over 3 weeks from my purchase.

3 weeks in, after harrasing her instagram, facebook, phone, and email account; is when she called me from her "sons" phone, saying that she did not have the products, but would like me to wait an additional 2 weeks while she purchases the prodcuts I wanted from a store, and then to mail out the products she would buy.I demanded my money back. She then said she did not know how to give me my money back. I still have not recieved my money back and it has been over a month and a half. Note a spent in the hundreds.
