Complaint Review: Kelly Chevrolet

I testdrove a hyundia on 5/10/03 then when it was paid for by my dad, who is 75. They switched cars. the testdrove car was in perfect condition-the purchased car had paint chips all over back and front on 5/12/03.
I took the car back to the dealer on 5/13/03 and the sales man said prove it!-meaning for me to prove that he switched cars!

I drove home and called the manager and he was yelling at me-what for-cause they switched cars? I told him I wanted to get my dads money back and he yelled and scremmed "that will never happen!"

so what do I do now but make a complaint-please let me know what I can do?
