I filed a claim on 08/15/2017. I called in August to get a update on the status of the claim and was told that I had not returned the w-9 that was mailed to me in May 2018. I informed them that I did not receive one and verified the address to which it was sent. They confirmed they had the correct address, so I filled out the form and mailed it certified and was told they never received it. I called back and gave them the tracking number and told them the date and time it was delivered. So, I called back weeks later and was told my claim had been processed but the lawyers were waiting for the court to approve distribution. Today, I checked my messages and there's a voicemail from Reginald saying my claim was denied due to the numbers listed. Now, when I filed the claim, I had to put my phone number in and it stated the number was on the list and I filed the claim. The system would not let you file a claim online if your number was not a number in the data base system. I  called back and Reginald answered the phone and told me he didn't call me when his voice is clearly the same person on the phone with the same name. He asked for my information and continued to tell me the same information he left on my voicemail.

So, I said to him, send me a copy of my claim and a letter stating that my numbers are not in the database, because when I filed I was told something different. Also, I was told to send another w-9 claim form in because I  did not receive the one that was mailed out. I received an email from the attorney and was told checks would be mailed out by the end of October if not before, so now there's a process of elimination and I'm being denied. I don't know what's going on with the claims, but this is unacceptable and I will not be silent about this. So, I emailed and informied the Ceo of the company about his company and the practices of the  employees. I know of 5 more people that filed claims locally and they were told they mailed out w-9 forms and didn't receive them. So, since I emailed the Ceo, I am now being told that I would not be receiving a copy of the claim I  submitted. The computer only generated a claims id number stating my claim was submitted. Looking at all the complaints filed on this website, people are not aware that they need to file a complaint against this company with the Federal Trade Commission, this is the only way they will be investigated if multiple complaints are filed. They need to be investigated, so all the people who have filed complaints need to file now even if it's been a couple of years or more.
