After a long time, more than 3 weeks, i got their initial design, was not even close to the sample image i sent to them. Then they proceed to do a paper mock up of the hat, once again it was not what I wanted. Finally, I asked them to do a more simple design and to use silver metalic thread in the back of the cap.
Still they wanted to do it their way and not mine, I felt they thought they were the customer and not me. This has been the worse transaction with a Chinese company. When I told them i was cancelling the order because of their non-performance. They told me they were keeping $150 for their time, which I told them that was excessive since they don't pay their employees even a living wage. Finally i agreed with with the 150 deduction.
They were going to do a swift transaction to my bank so i found out the procedure and sent it to them 5 times, they sent it twice and each time it was returned for not following the instructions. Each return cost $25, now because of their screw up they want me to forfit another $50 for their accountant who can't follow instructions. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIPOFF AND ALL AMERICANS AND CANADIANS SHOULD AVOID USING THEIR SERVICE, THEY DON'T ACT PROFESSIONAL.
