I am an ex employee of GMAC Timeshare Division, a.k.a. JW Marketing, Inc. in Orlando, FL. They hired me under false pretenses and that's exactly what this company does for the consumerl. There was a script to memorize. Supposedly we were bonded and background checked, which is another false illusion on potential employment to mislead the employee into thinking that GMAC franchise is a legitimate company. They hire unusual suspects and convicted felons. Just because you got a license to do this job did not mean that you weren't at some point a felon or in jail. They are willing to hire anyone to be a convincing liar. The script that has been presented to memorize is the same as all of the other illegitimate companies that are boiler room franchised. Watch the movie. Nothing is different. They mislead employment seekers, hiding behind GMAC franchise name, which in fact, General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) has absolutely nothing to do with how business is conducted. Anybody can own a McDonald's franchise. It doesn't mean they conduct business the same way. JW Marketing is a scam and they lie to the consumers that there is a 97% closing and rental ratio, when in fact Ed and John, the owners admitted in front of not only myself but the rest of the staff after I asked them to rent at least one of my customers' timeshares, that there is really only a 3% closing ratio. Which statistically means that 99% of the people they're taking money from will never get a rental. This is the most ingenious scam of all scams. This is a legitimate company that operates unethically and potentially illegally and hides behind ripping people off, and employ no real tactics of actual marketing, which the legislature and laws allow to continue and then JW Marketing continues to take money providing very little results. My advice, consumers beware! Fight and stay with your legislature to abolish laws that allows this practice to continue. As an ex employee that has been ripped off of at least 2 of my paychecks it makes it clear that this is a questionable company and they also conduct the practice of garnishing more on top of taxes in case their scam does not reach everyone, so they put the cost onto the employee. They take $2,000 extra out of your checks and claim that they will return the amount in 6 months after your employment has been terminated on top of them knowing that there is only a 3% ratio for rental. In reality, they know that the ratio after 6 months of people who will most likely call to retrieve their money is high, which is an entity that cycles itself, with Ed and John reaping the profits. I will testify in court and I also reserve my First Amendment Freedom of Speech. JW Marketing used my name, my expertise and my talent to take money from honest, hardworking and sometimes elderly and vulnerable consumers that are desperate for services. In reality they are also taking advantage of the poor economy and people suffering from it. Word to the wise, DO NOT do business over the phone, period. To any victims of their scam I will be more than happy to testify on your behalf to reclaim 100% refund. I left due to my Christian beliefs and my conscience. And please know that if you push them hard enough you can get your money back. Push them like they pushed you. Call everyday, 10 times a day and call your attorney. Take legal action. You will get your money back.

Sincerely, Enough Is Enough
