Complaint Review: Just Leather

Just-Leather.com AKA Just Ripp You Off.com Paid $79.89 to just-leather.com received used product with no tag and holes, sent back next day, after 3 weeks no jacket no refund and they avoid my emails Freehold New Jersey

On march 2nd I order a jacket online for my husband.
After about a week I received it but instead of being new it was used with no tag and holes in the sleeves.

I email them telling them they should be ashame to even ship something like this and they call me the next day.

They ask me to give them another chance which I did they also told me they would refund my expenses caused by the return of the jacket.

A week and half later seeing nothing coming I emailed them back and I was told that they needed the jacket to be back in stock but that now it was shipped and that the refund was in the hands of the financial department.

I ask many times for a tracking number and none of my emails were answer.

Then 10 days after that I email them back and I am told that they were getting to the bottom of it.

Total of 3 weeks and I have no jacket no refund but they sure have my money.

They now avoiding all my emails don't tell me if the jacket was shipped or not don't mention my refund, nothing.

They just try to gain time to make sure I won't oppose the charge on my card which I can't anyway.

Any company that make the mistake they made in the first place should have done their best to satisfy me either have a jacket sent right away or if it was not in stock issue an immediate refund.

It was suppose to be a present and now a month after ordering it I still have nothing and no answer and I hope this will not happen to anyone else this is wy I am writing this.

So don't order to just-leather.com they migh have great prices but poor quality in every way product and customer service

GOT MY MONEY BACK after I filed with this website, ripoffReport.com

After sending the company the link to the complaint I filed with ripoffReport.com I got my email answered and my money back the same day.
As for the fees for me returning the jacket they said no words about that, we will see.
