JUNO INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER crashes, billed twice, ..ripoffs can't do anything right but take your money

I signed up for Juno Premium Service and it just wasen't for me, all kinds of problems, not a local telephone number, a lot of crashes. I received my first bill and I was billed twice on two different days from two different terminals. I called and canceled my service. They did not give me any truble, the canceled right away.

Now months later i get my bank statement and I have charges from Juno again, not once but twice the same as before. I get on-line and contact them with an e-mail thinking that would be the end of it. Instead I get an e-mail back saying that they can't take care of my complaint unless I e-mail them using my Juno account. Now how am I supposed to use an account that they closed. It can't be done. I e-mailed Customer Service, which by the way they make look official by using "The President" as their Customer Service e-mail name qnd haven't heard anything yet.

No wonder they are not getting any subscribers, they can't do anything right but take your money. I will not rest untill I get a full refund, and assurance that they will not be billing me again.
