Juno.com ripoff liars victimized us Internet

Juno did not even have the courtesy to apologize for the problem, or to offer us a refund for the money you stole by not providing the service we paid for.

Juno recently tried to weasel out and say that we do not qualify for a refund under their rules. Too bad. According to the law, Juno violated a contract with us, and stole our money by not delivering what we paid for. Attorney General time!

Juno service did not allow us to use web-based email accounts. We tried you at the same time we maintained AOL. Both web-based email providers worked fine with AOL, proving that Juno are the problem. I complained, received a canned email response that said Juno were looking into the problem. Juno never solved it. I complained again, and Juno still did not solve the problem. I called to cancel, got a cancellation confirmation number (10071758)and Juno is still billing us. That is stealing. Juno help site is useless. It is almost impossible to find a phone number to talk to a live person, then the phone number has too much delay with recordings, then you wait too long for someone to come on, then that person can't speak English well enough.
