Complaint Review: JUNE KALI MAGILNICK

Mrs. Magilnick (BAR #134163) has allowed Richard Kolostian to file a Criminal Complaint without probable cause, telling me to "cease and desist" when I request a review of the fact that a bench warrant was issued pursuant to a failure to appear, which Mrs. Magilnick and her subordinates withheld service of, making attendance impossible.

All I want her to do is review the failure to serve, and the lack of credibility of the witness who, in the evidence presented, clearly contradicts himself. 

All I ask is for her to be fair and follow through on her promise to review the evidence instead of use criminal prosecution to be used to further evictions from the city-owned property where I live.
