Julie Scholfield with State Farm Insurance Stopped payment on an already deposited check. Hung up phone on me and never called bacm. Been 3 days. Greeley Colorado

Julie Scholfield did a stop payment on a check after it was deposited into my account. She did not email or call me to inform me of this action she took. This was after she sent a check to my old address, which is not even the address they have on file for me.  She then overnighted a new check to my leasing office, never told me, and the check was refused. I had no clue there was a new check on the way. It seems like she is being intentionally malicous towards me and making things difficult. When I called to ask, at fist she sent me to her voicemail. When I called back she interuppted everything I was saying then hung up on me after saying "I don't have time for this".  "This" is your job.  I find this type of behavior to be a form of harassment. Not only did they have my current address, but i never requested a stop payment on a check. I also never requested one to be overnighted, was never given notice, and was mistreated while trying to resolve the issue. It has been 3 days so far and I have not gotten a phone call back, I have not received requested tracking information and she still has not answered my question as to the exact time and date she placed the stop payment on the check. Absolutely the most bizarre and unprofessional behavior coming from this person.
