Complaint Review: JUBILEE FINANCIAL SERVICES

Hello after reading all the coments in this section, I do not feel alone with my anguish at this company . I have been with them 1 1/2 years it started with heritage then changed over to jubilee financial, they did manage to settle 2 of my accounts (I hope, still waiting for my credit report to verify) but they still have quite a bit of my cash in that so called trust fund.

I have been looking at my statements from them and come to a conclusion that there never has been individual trusts for each of the clients, only your jubilee acct # is listed and no bank # has ever been listed with each statement, they could have just listed what we put in $ wise in a computer database and put all our payments into a special account for them, (man am I mad at myself) but with having to deal with my ex-wifes dept has been a nightmare I tried to deal with the creditors directly they did not want to hear from me , just wanted to decrease my limit and increase my interest rate so every month I would go over my limit with the interest acrued and they added more peneltys to boot.

I would love to join a class action suit if there wilL be one AND TRY TO GET SOME OF MY MONEY BACK , I am not looking forward to deal with my creditors (If I know who they are at this point my accounts have been sold to third party collectors and I have to wait for my credit report to see who they are)

Well at this point they are out of business and won't be drafting anymore of my mooney (I put a stop payment anyway just in case) I hope something good will come out of this for all who has been ripped off by this company
