JR Computer Outlet Ron Denicola 123 Days and Still No Laptop~I think this Company Sold it! Maineville, Ohio

I brought my barely used laptop to JR Computer Outlet on June 25, 2011 to have a cracked screen replaced.  I gave tem $100 for them to look at the screen and tell me it was cracked (really, right?) and then and additional $175 for them to purchase a new screen and install it. I was told it would take 9 days to complete.  Here we are on day 123 and I still do not have my laptop back and there is no resolution in sight. I have made countless calls this company (22 that I have record of) and Ron Denicola, owner continues to lie to me about a completion date.  He claims he has 2 other locations and that my laptop is at one of them being repaired.  He and another "customer service" representative have numerous excuses about why it is not repaired.  Sounds like the company is dealing with theft, a bunch of personal issues, and health problems that may preventing them from acting as a professional company. This guy is extremely rude and lacks in any customer service skills (notice I had to initiate all of the calls).  I brought my laptop there to be fixed because it is a local business; trying to do the right thing like I always do.  I heard about the company because Ron Denicola was speaking on the radio, promoting what a wonderful business he has.  He claims his business has picked up.  Boy are there going to be a lot of disappointed frustrated ripped off customers out there!  I doubt I will every see my laptop again.  I say this because I really think he sold a long time ago. It is an outlet store.  Stay away from this company
