JQSFGC Junco Order never received and not refunded

In June 2020, I ordered three wigs online and paid extra for their expedited delivery. A total of $108. I never received my order. The tracking information for the order doesn't show that it was ever delivered. I have sent numerous emails to the email address listed on the website, but they never respond back.
