Financial institutions are attempting to jack up all consumer credit card interest rates in an effort to offset the mortgage disaster. This even after the federal government has bailed them out. These entities know that if we close our credit cards that our credita ratings will go down. This is not fair. I want to engage in a class action lawsuit now. Who's with me?

I have already opted out. But I had to call WAMU (whom is being taken over by JP Morgan Chase) to get the opt-out information. JP Morgan Chase failed to include opt-out information on both of our accounts with them. This opt-out option is not even mentioned and is required by law.

I have already written Lou Dobbs to get something going there. My Congress and Senate is next. This is not going to happen. I am not going to pay for the mortgage mess through high interest rates. I knew they would try. It will not work. I wish to start a class action lawsuit. I hope that this website will help me. I have documentation, hard facts, a scanner and determination.

JP Morgan Chase also sent a huge NEW TERMS agreement. Besides a 1.5% increase on my interest rates, no opt-out mentioned, they also wish to invade my privacy options. I work nights. So Obviously I do not agree to their "information sharing clause." They want to sell our names on lists to robocallers and I have had enough of that too. That will also be named on my class-action lawsuit. I am tired of having to call these companies annually. My preferences have not changed. It is not fair that they get away with selling our phone numbers to robocallers and sales people. If I want to buy something, I will be at the store or on the internet. They may assume that we all do not wish to be disturbed and they can offer us the option of selling our phone numbers to slime-bags as an option that we must call and opt for; not the reverse.

Interest rates are the lowest in history. Financial institutions like the one named in this complaint are now charging the highest interest rates in history. I do not remember voting away usury or loan sharking protection. Do you?

Let's get this done. I urge you to file a complaint with the BBB. I urge you to complain to your Congress and your senate appointees. I urge you to contact Lou Dobbs. And I urge you to comment to me. join my class-action lawsuit now. It's already out of control. It was predictable. And JP Morgan Chase, WAMU, Providian have already outsurced jobs to Bali, India and the Philipines. They will probably be outsourcing more after March 6th when they officially take over WAMU.

Opt out now. Do not wait. Demand a better interest rate. I did and I got it. Since they did not provide that address, I called them. For WAMU opt-outs the address is:
