CHASE BANK AFTER I HAVE TOLD THEM AT LEAST 5 TIMES TO CHANGE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, IT'S LIKE THEY DIDN'T HEAR ME, WHEN I TOLD THEM TO BLOCK A MERCHANT THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND AND WILL NOT GIVE ME 20K DOLLARS BACK BECAUSE THEY DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND ARE NOT HIGHLY EDUCATED....I NEED MY $$$ AND THEY WON'T GIVE IT BACK NO ONE WANTS TO ACCEEPT THE BLAME.

 YOU are to blame for giving YOUR payment information OUT!!!! WHY YOU would expect an employee to take responsibility for YOUR ACTIONS is beyond me. HOW DOES IT WORK?? I mean to say, HOW can YOU sit there and blame THEM when YOU are the person who gave out the information. THEY can block ANY checks that come in, but if its electronic then THAT is going to hit AFTER the bank closes and NO ONE IS THERE!!!!Its ALSO a different type of code. What it sounds to me like is that YOU paid someone THEN chaged your mind AFTER the money had already been pulled. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND STOP PLAYING THE VICTIM!!!!
