Here is what happened; I ordered one video from the the Video Professor and was assured that my checking account would be charged only 6.95 for the one and only video disc, as a one-time-charge.
Instead, what happened is the nightmare. The first disc comes and arrives with three other Video Dics. At this point I called Video Professor and they insisted that my charge would only be 6.95. HA HA !!
One week later my checking account was charged 189.95 from Video Professor. I called them and they acted like the charge was normal and I disagreed completely and told them they taken money - UNAUTHORIZED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I have shipped back all their Videos ( as agreed ) at my cost and have a shipping confirmation to confirm that they have received the Videos back.
It has now been over 7 WEEKS and they still have not refunded my money back.
I am taking the matter up with the Attorney General from my State and the FTC.

ben riped off by this crook an cant contact him use the above form he will answer them they will send the company a compliant letter an will the company a certin numbers of days they then will send you a copy that they receive from him answer the questions they ask send it bk later on they you get another asking if the matter has ben resoved in the letter that he sends bk to th fcc it might be in his stating what he is going do about if they sent that letter to you if yo agree to it any compliants that comes on any one or on any company the fcc will watch them like hawk for stuf like this the dealings i have had has ben with phone companys that try to rip people of when paying a monthley bill i grew up around a fcc rep i know about th fcc the federal govrment puts out a hand book free called cousmer action hand book the web page is www.consumeraction.gov any one person can order up to five @ one time.h hope tis crook reads this he has some stuff on here trying talk his way out it is ceo of the company every one on here need to know any that is transmitted or reevid over a wire or thru the air comes under heading of fcc i have ben spreading this info thru out the system of rip off an will keep doing so thanks ray
