Complaint Review: John Puplava

When I first talked to John Puplava I found him to be very professional and friendly. Don't be fooled! This man is a con artist Be very careful when dealing with him. He burned me for $850 and I was very good to John. I was never told that my work was bad or that he was not going to pay me. He still says he will pay me every time I ask him. But never comes thru, he just leads me on knowing that he has no intentions to pay. He told me he had 11 houses that needed air conditioners installed. Before I started doing the installs for John Puplava he asked me if I could fix his home furnace.

So I did. I even did it for free. No charge, except for the part. After I installed the A/C unit on the first property on John paid me for it. I gave him a very good deal on the install. However after the second house located at 17622 W BABOCOMARI, Marana, AZ 85653 he didn't pay me. I only charged $600 to install and I spent $250 out of my own pocket for supplies. So the total bill was $850. He never even paid me for supplies or labor.

Be very careful if you are looking to buy the house on 17622 W BABOCOMARI Marana AZ. It was slapped together and has a lot of problems with the roof. Also the ductwork is very poor condition. Have your own inspector look at it. And DO NOT trust the real estate company HOME SMART INTERNATIONAL. I sent HOME SMART INTERNATIONAL an email to inform them that the owner of the property they had listed was trying to rip me off and this is what they said:

Her name is Brandie Judge, she works for Home Smart International I have sent her emails and tried to contact her many times but she wont even acknowledge me. John is also affiliated with Keller Williams Realty John told me almost every day for 3 weeks that he was going to pay me but never did. This is what led me to start investigating John Puplava, If you Google his name you will find many other complaints against him for the same exact stuff. If you can't find them try searching for all his company names he has at least 9 LLC corporations. All with F ratings from the BBB Here are some of the complaints:
