I've been in touch with over 20 Pittsburgh residents that have been ripped off by this man. Joe Mullen will tell you that you need new parts and will collect money upfront to pay for the parts, or pick up a new unit, but will never return. Beware of this fradulent tactic.
Make sure you:
1. Ask for receipts (he creates face invoices)
2. Ask for the old parts he is replacing (they are perfectly fine, he takes those parts and resells them)
3. Ask to see the new parts (he usually uses old parts he stole from someone else)
Please private message me if you'd like to file a police report against him. I am collecting as many people as possible in the Pittsburgh area to bring him down.
