I spent thousands of dollars with Johnny Jovel washing, detailing and paint correcting my cars, planes and motorcycles. At first I was impressed with Johnny's initiative and work ethic but over the years he became more unreliable and untrustworthy. He made promises he never kept and stood me up on several occasions. On one occasion he flaked on me even after I pre-paid him for his services and gave him a cash tip to finish the engine compartment detail on my Eliminator Eagle speed boat. He had my hangar pass and left it in the sun ruining it and never reimbursed me for it ! He never called or told me he was not coming ! Beware OF THE SHYSTER & BULLS*** ARTIST!
The following portion of this review truly reveals Johnny's character! He attempted to do an $1800 paint correction on my 2007 Corvette Z06 and the end result was horrible! He didn't tell me my car was worse after he touched it until I noticed the haziness in the clear and confronted him! He told me the "clear was bad and it's not my fault" when in fact he didn't cut the clear enough after he made it hazy and blotchy! He was counting on me not noticing! He told me I needed to have the car clear coated which turned out to be completely false! I finally found another Detailer who corrected Jonny's mistakes.
He promised to detail my Formula boat then canceled the day before saying it was too hot!
Johnny is a fast talking con artist who makes excuses for his mistakes and has proven himself to be unreliable and unethical in my dealings with him!

Johnny deceptively posted a pic of my 1965 Corvette stating he did ceramic coating on it and that's a total lie!
