JM Bullion Took money, no communication or shipment! Lancaster Pennsylvania

JM Bullion does not seem to be operating properly.  I sent my payment via check last month and it was received by JM Bullion on April 18th.  They said they would hold it for 10 days.  It has been 23 days, and my order has not been shipped.  There are no updates on the website.  I have e-mailed them twice asking about this with NO response.  I will consider removing this case when JM Bullion actually replies and SENDS my order.  This was over $400, a very large amount to the average consumer.  If they cannot handle an order this small don't send them a larger one.  JM Bullion is smelling like a fraud or Ponzi scheme to me.  

You can't run a business in such a sensitive area (coins/bullion) with such slow service and NO communication.  They will not last if things aren't changed.
