I received a letter to send my car for a recall. I picked up my car after the recall and noticed that my hood release is broken. I called their office a day after to report and I was told that a service manager will call me. Nobody called after two weeks. I called again and I was told that service manager will call. Another two weeks passed and no one called. Then I sent the car there for another recall and I was told that the problem will be looked at. Then I received a call from the customer service man the problem is not happen because of them. I tried to ask questions about why he thinks the problem is not their fault. He accuses me of raising my voice against him and then hangs up the phone. Now, I am left with my broken hood from Jim Pattison Surrey. A huge company against an immigrant, who do I have to speak on my behalf. All I am asking Is fairness and justice in addressing my concern. Thanks
