On October 7, 2020 I ordered a household item (decal) from this company. The item was paid for and a shipping number issued to me for the item. However the tracking number shows as "invalid" or "not yet received" by the delivery service. The company refuses to respond to my inquiries and has "ghosted" me since asking about where the item is. The item is a Halloween decoration and the company guarantees "processing in 24 hours", yet no processing has occurred and no communication available from the seller.
