This jiffy lube service station forgot to refill m vehicle with motor oil. Looking back on the incident I remember everyone Involved doing their respective duties. Underneath, in the rear and inside but the guy on top, up front talked to me the entire time and neglected to refill the oil.

I now remember looking back that I should have never been allowed out of the office. The guys were very unprofessional that day. They must rotate workers from other shops from time to time. Anyway, after I left I did notice my check engine light coming on but had no clue what it was for. It soon went away but after a few days later it came back  on and my engine was making terrible noises. The result was no oil at all. My vehicle had no history of burning oil at all, no oil drips or sprays underneath nor in my driveway, garage, or in my parking spot at work. They performed neglectful and damaging work on my vehicle. After making a complaint they gave me a reference number, but it was fake.

They never did anything with my issue and they never got back with me and they would never aanswer my calls. But after the County Constable serve them papers for court they will pay.

I actually spoke with their toll free customer service department initially and made my complaint and that's where I received the reference number.

After this initial conversation there was never anymore contact with jiffy lube at all. This occurred on February 14 of this year and its now April 18th tomorrow and still no contact or feedback from Jiffy Lube. Does this sounds like they are iinterested or non-interested in my concern? Looking back on that day, I remember standing there and the technician talked to me the whole time while the other guys did their respective work. If they replaced the oil, then where did it go? When anyone leaves from getting an oil change and the check engine light comes on, they are not thinking that the shop neglected to put oil in it. NO! Im sure I thought it may have been time for perhaps a tune up or something. Why do you think the check engine light came on?

why do you think the engine started making noise? Where do you think all the oil went? Why do you think there's no evidence of oil anywhere? Not on my driveway,

not under the cara not in my parking spot at work and not in my garage!

they will respond by court enforcement because that's the law. They have already been served and today their time runs out and now ill have a hearing with the judge and he will bring a guilty judgement against them in my favor. This happens tomorrow!

Even IF they forgot to fill your engine with oil you may not have much of a claim.  Why?  Because your Check Engine Light came on and you continued to drive.

But beyond that if your car had zero oil in it..you would not have lasted a few days.  You would have had the Oil Light come on almost immediatly, and you may have been lucky to make it a few miles before your entire engine siezes up.

Now, if they did something else..who knows but just based on your writing not putting oil in your car doesn't appear to be a possibility.

Oh and just how do you know that the reference number they gave you is fake?  Because by your own words you have not taked to them and they refuse to talk to you.  The only way you would know it is fake is if you called back and they told you as much, but since you said they never answer your calls or refuse to do anything about your issue.

Oh and it takes more than a Court Constible to serve papers to make them pay.  You have to prove your case in court.  So I hope you have more than you posted here.
