JetBlue Vacations Jet Blue, Jet Blue Vacations During COVID-19 only Offering Travel Credit not Full Refunds

As an airline that is most likely getting a huge bail out from the Federal government i feel its horrible for them to not give full refunds instead give people a usless travel credit.  First time i called the agent told me that they were only able to do full refunds on travel before April 30th.  The next agent i talked to told me that they do not have managers to talk to and that if she wants a day off she doesn't work.  Next agent i talked to said there was no refund policy for anyone and that the first agent never said that, then i was told they do have managers and was transfered to someone claiming to be a superior.  Reason for bringing this up is to show if you call you will get a different story every time you call them.  

Even if the hotel or even Jet Blue is unable to fly to my desitination i was told i would only get a Travel Credit because they have ever clause in the world to keep your money.

I have no clue when the next time i can schedule a vacation so a travel credit is completely pointless and basically their way of keeping my money.  

Never use JetBlue Vacations, if i booked with the hotel direct i would have gotten my money back in full form the hotel
