I send him $15k in advance for unlocking devices. After service stop or price up he not sending my refund back $4,591 and not responding to emails or calls. Very Rude and disrespectful! When all we asked was to get our balance (not used and sitting on our account) refunded. It's my money I should be able to get it back with no problem if I want it (regardless of the circumstances).

This guy will talk to you like everything is ok and they are a big company and after you send money communication gets hard and they do not respond on time and sometimes they do not respond at all. After in a case like mine that he raises prices and I request to get a refund back they don't respond back and block my communication. This is what HEATER SCAMMERS do!!!

Do Not do business with this person you will end up losing lots of money!
