My wife and I financed a 2003 chevy monte carlo through cnac under jd byrider. within days it was apparent that the transmission and other front end components where faulty. We where informed that the vehicle included a warranty, so i called and made an appointment. Upon inspection, we were informed that the steering system would need replaced but continued to deny any transmission faults.

this jas been going on for almost 4 years and the vehicle has left me stranded several times since then, and I have replaced many of these parts myself due to their customer service. this car has been nothing more than an overpriced moneypit with an attachment for bank account drain. simple isdues that could have been fixed, however were denied and downplayed so much that it finally all destroyed itself. Now I'm being quoted over $3000 for repairs all due to reasons that they say didn't exist. I am currently trying to figure out how to sue them.
