Jason Hubbert Roofing & Construction Bad workmanship and refuses to repair resulting damages directly caused Copperas Cove Texas
My husband and I used his services to replace our roof a year ago, and he has had to come out three times now to make repairs, the most recent of which caused extensive damage to the attic, roof, insulation, wood and my daughters bedroom ceiling from rain. He always takes at least three days to come out and take a look, and prioritizes other projects.
Today, he refused to even look at the inside damage, stating he is not responsible for acts of nature (wind damage). It was his crews shoddy workmanship that resulted in the inside damage as they did not properly secure the shingles. Also, he does not carry business insurance either so I cannot even file a claim that way.
Now we have to hire another contractor to make the repairs which add on to the more then $12,000 we already paid him for the new, 25 year shingle roof with 10 year warranty. We should not be having this many issues with a brand new roof within the first year.
