Bad Service
I took my 2007 Navigator for an oil change. My Navigator takes 7 quarts of oil and I was told I needed an appointment for a Quick Lube. My light in the rear went out. The last time I had it replaced was last year and the bulb blow. I waited 3 hours for a 15 min oil change . I was so pissed at them when they came out and said my rear light was cracked. When I asked them to show me the crack the refused and placed the cap back together ,, Of Course they insisted one side goes I would need to replace both sides at $500 each side. I said no and they said in 2 weeks I'll need to replace the bulb again. While they were replacing the oil I noticed the Mechanic shaking something inside the car. I went outside and yelled in I thought you are only filling up the oil. He said that is what I am doing, I have changed my own oil before and I know this car takes 7 quarts of oil and I used the synthetic oil which works better. I didn't see them change my oil filter yet they claimed they did, I was watching at the window. When I drove away I felt something wrong. Suddenly the car start shaking a few days later and smoking. I looked inside and saw my antifreeze was almost down to zero. I bought antifreeze and filled it up. They told me my new windshield wipers I had just change was worn down, They told me my tires were wearing But the tire still covered 1/2 of the penny which meant I dont need a new Tire.
I had a mechanic look at it today and I had only 5 quarts of oil placed in during change. I had a hole in my radiator which was caused by a pik they found sitting on the side, My electrical coil lines were shaken loose.
When I called they were rude, I suggest not to go there, I plan to sue them

 Why on earth would you take your car to a dealer for an oil change? In the Sleazy American Car Business, the fraud and deception on the sales floor has flown into the service department like raw sewage on a down hill street! That's a FACT! The Sleazy American Car Business is where you will find more ex-cons, felons and convicted criminals than anywhere else. When you take your car to a dealer for service what you get is price gouging, incompetent parts changers-not mechanics, garbage customer service and again, price gouging.

Find yourself a good independent mechanic. Ask around and what you will find is much better prices, excellent customer service and real mechanics. That's a FACT! You should sue this POS collection. The Sleazy American Car Business is well known for the games with which you were victimized. I would love to see someone from that place come here to defend themselves, but that won't happen.
