Janome,Inc. I would like to file a complaint about a $2000.00 Janome sewing ,machine. It's 5 1/2 years old and they tell me they can't get the part any more. It's no longer availablel That's a big rip off. I will never buy another and will tell everyone I know not to also. Am really disappointed in Janome.
