Complaint Review: Jahmaxx

First, they told me they weren't backed up so I ordered. They delayed my order 6 days. Billed my credit card as soon as I ordered though. Shipped my order without any ice or preservatives for the perishables. They do not answer phones or email inquiries.

I chatted with them twice and both times they said my package was shipping that day which it did not. They finally shipped under pressure because I contacted the BBB. I wanted a refund but they did not offer me one (although they told the BBB they did so). 

The prices are outrageous and I was left with half the items unusable and also wrong items sent.  Since then, I have come across other reviews where they never fulfilled orders but kept the money.  They are impossible to get in touch with. 

This is a vendor for prisoners and it is impossible for sure for anyone on the inside to contact anyone without help.  They know this...
