Complaint Review: J.D.MARVEL PRODUCTS INC

we bought a pair of slippers for 11.91 by check they cashed the check in november but did not send slippers we called and called always busy and when you did get through and ask for credit or billing dept they give a phony number and what i have learned they have been doing this to alot of other people this is clearly a sign of mail-fraud and theft by deception

cant the bbb do something about these rotten people i am on disability and have to watch every penny these people must think its a big old joke making asses out of all us customers they should be made to give the suff or give the money back

i would really appericate any help you have to offer thank you very much
