Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

On September 14th 2001 I had recieved some junk mail and had showed it to my son Matthew (16) My son had some unwanted hair on his back that I thought the product hair removal machine would be a blessing for him as it turns out it is just a scam to take your money and give no product in return.

Matt payed with his own monies from a after school job washing dishes, the only reason he even gave this company any monies is because I said it would be good for his back.

I feel the company has an obligation to fulfill. The money order Matt sent was from the Turtleford Credit Union,number 0673993.

I am not sure what to do to help him get either the product this company offered or to get his money back.
