States they will give you the best price. I sent in two Samsung Note 8's in basically perfect condition (Pristine and in original boxes etc. They stated that they would give me $100 each which was a reasonable price to not have to sell them on eBay. Then they emails me stating that they would only give me $35 a piece because :

• The carrier was found to be Verizon and not Unlocked as indicated in the offer. 

• Your device was found to have excessive scratching throughout the display and/or body. In order for us to resell the device as Flawless condition, the buyer will expect a device that shows extremely light scratches or a fully flawless item without any signs of wear. 

They were both UNLOCKED and in perfect condition (I always had them in a case with a screen protector). 

I told them to send my phones back and they stated that they could reevaluate them one more time. I agreed to that, but told them if they don't substantially increase the buyback amount, I just want them back. Instead, they sent me an email stating that they would only pay $35 x 2 minus a $2 insurance charge and that they already paid me via Paypal. I called them and they said oh sorry they have already been sold.  

I WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!
