I guess I should know by now because I've been through this with both Ben's Outlet and Daily Steals before. ITech Deals is another web retailer that knowingly sells defective products and then refuses to answer their phones or respond to emails. The business model with these companies appears to be to make the return process so difficult that most just give up and eat the loss. It's a shame because the collateral victims are the honest retailers who's reputations are tarnished, through no fault of their own, by thieves like ITech Deals. As always, I will be contesting the charge with my credit card company.
