Ipvanish Paid 2 years with discount coupon account shows 1 year Internet
Ipvanish ad a deal dor 2 years for 58.49 and on the new account you had me for 1 year then wanted to charge me $80 plus dollars for 1 year membership. I spoke with chat agent which took long and agent then took long ti respond and didnt even help out with the situation only cancel account and then charge me more. This is a ripoff, why even provide a discount coupon which they can't even honor. Definitely this company will not get any recommendations from me. Might as well file a ripoff report and provide information about what I went through. Cannot beleive this company would be so underhanded. Geez! Their customer chat is a joke. No phone #
