Property Manager Evelyn Cervantes gave me the run around and never did confirm answers to authorized questions about an ex-resident. She said she was advised not to give the basic facts on said resident who moved from Arizona to Michigan. I was on hold for at least 15 minutes many times.

I emailed three requests for a landlord reference to three different people. No one would ever admit responsibility. It was almost like the staff was grossly incompetent, trying to conspire with underhanded motives, or complacently in the 'Twilight Zone'. I made at least ten phone calls over a 10 day period.

What a pathetic, unethical excuse for a property management company. It appears they go out of their way to short-change both landlord and tenant. BEWARE: Whether you are considering renting from these clowns or are a landlord seeking a basic landlord reference, don't waste your time.

Landlords should go straight to the court who has jurisdiction over the town your applicant last rented in if you desire the facts on prospects. If you are considering renting from this company, having been influenced by the boasting nature of their professionally recorded greeting of 'we are the largest property management company in the country with over 8000 rental homes', as I also was wooed.

I CAUTION YOU. Go ahead and expect not to get your security deposit back, no matter how you leave your place. Read all the other reviews if you think my negative experience is simply extremism. MAKE SURE YOU GET A COPY OF YOUR TENANT LEDGER BEFORE YOUR MOVE OUT BECAUSE I PROMISE YOU IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER YOU SURRENDER YOUR KEYS AND THE FACTS MAY NOT FAIRLY BE DISCLOSED TO OTHER LANDLORDS OR LENDERS.

YOU WILL NEED THIS INFO SHOULD YOU INTEND TO BUY A HOUSE IN THE FUTURE. KEEP GOOD BANK RECORDS TOO, JUST IN CASE THESE LOSERS TRY TO GET CUTE WITH YOU AS THEY DID WITH MY NEW RESIDENT. ONLY AFTER THEY DUG UP ACTUAL BANK RECORDS DID I SEE THE LIGHT.

The facts tell all and I am convinced that this company practices and condones deep-rooted unfair practices. Withheld factual info making it much harder to be approved for a new home and gave new landlords the run around intentionally.
