Interesting thing about Paul 2002 bankruptcy.... It lists EASI as a creditor. Now how does that work? I thought the way the business was structured, that a dealer had to pay for all products before EASI would deliver. That's why we ask for money on contract. How did Paul get a loan from EASI?
