Complaint Review: Interstate Imaging

This company is a scam. Our company began receiving phone calls from Bill Russell attempting to collect on an invoice. My staff transferred him to me. I explained to the man on the phone that we do not purchaser toner from his company. He said we had placed an order.

I have heard of these scams in the past and called him on it. He got very upset over this. I told him that I want a signed contract and tracking numbers. He never sent them. A few weeks later, he called again hoping to bypass me and go straight to our Accounting Department. Fortunately, they informed me that he was on the phone. I informed him that we will not pay the invoice and that we had filed a police report against his company.

Bill Russell is the man who has been calling us claiming to be in Accounts Receivable. He sounds like a moron pulling scams while sitting in his mother's house at the age of 45. A real winner. He tries to speak tough when talking to employees, but when you call him out, he shrivels up and says he will send the requested documentation. We are further pursuing this incident.
