I worked with this firm as a "call center" representative from home.    I initally said to myself "Oh, this looks like it's gonna be a good fit."  So, I took the job. Flash forward, I go through the successful orientation and get hired.  I start doing what I think is a good job. But, here's what they aren't telling you.

You realized when you are logged into your system known as Xen Dialer, you're instantly being watched and monitored by your supervisors, which is absolutely frightening.   So, that was a red flag right there.  They don't offer any guidance for how you can do the calls correctly.  So, if you aren't doing it right, they ask you to leave for the evening.

This happened to me quite a few times at the hands of one manager. (I don't want to mention her name out of fear of retaliation).  So, I decided: Oh, I'm gonna take a breather. Flash forward to the end of November:  I get an email from one of the higher ups saying that I was let go effective immediately citing me not showing up.

These people should really be held accountable and get this sham shut down.
