When you call INFINITY DISH they are very nice and want to make a sale . The problem is they do not work for DISH NETWORK . All they do is charge you a $49.95 fee , write up an order with Dish Net work and Dish network does the rest .
I found out my phone company has a better deal and I tried to stop the service ,
I left several phone messages to call me back since they do not answer the customer service line . I never once got a return call . At least 15 min wait just to leave a message .
I was upset they charged my credit card $49.95 without my permission . They never said their was a charge for their service . If they said their was a fee I would not have agreed to have DISH NETWORK .
I LOST $49.95 BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO . CALL DISH NETWORK DIRECTLY FOR FREE .
INFINITY WILL COST YOU . ASK THEM . It is printed on their web site . The very last section called notes .
