Bought a red roan puppy from Christy Davenport (Indya Jade cockers) in November 2020.  Vet found walking mites due to the appearance of large, whitish mites as they crawled across the skin and fur of my puppy, and the excessive scaling that caused infection.

This is an uncommon but highly contagious skin parasite of dogs and puppies.  It is highly contagious to both people and dogs.

My puppy had to be quarentined for two weeks and treated repeatedly.  This was all reported to Christy.  Christy refused to pay for any of the vet bills related to the walking mites even though they came from her kennel.

This was also reported to her county's animal control and they reported it to the state health department because of the ability to transmit this parasite to humans.

Her county's animal control is in contact with the NC state health department and continues to monitor Christy's kennel as of today 9-24-2021.

BEWARE of buying animals from Indya Jade kennel.  The contagious parasite is difficult to get rid of in a large kennel environment.

YOU DON'T WANT TO BRING THIS PARASITE HOME!!
