This company does work as a subcontractor for Lowe's Home Improvement. I was hired by them to remove a privacy fence. I submitted a quote to the owner, Dawndrell Reece, and he approved the quote. Dawndrell said he would pay us for services provided on the Monday following the completed work.
We removed the fence that weekend and Mr. Reece has failed to pay. He continues to lie about mailing the check and/or delivering the check.
