- 9 out of 10 times don't answer the phone
- may hang up on you
- do not answer their email or fax
- they will send you toner without asking
- bill you afterwards
- costs about as much as genuine toner
- off-brand toner cartridges squeak, don't fit well, may break your printer
- they contain less toner than the original cartridges

The ONE time I give a telemarketer a chance to prove they're not all shady, this is what I got.
