Complaint Review: ILX RESORTS Inc.

Low Float could be a disaster for some. On 100 SHARES today,ILX is up 8 ents. That tells me that on low float, investors could get burned rather badly. Is ILX really a 10.00 stock, or should it really be trading in the 3-4$ range? My best guess is that it should be lower than $10.00.A law suit is still pending. No one seems to know what the expenses are for running Los Abrigados or their other "resorts" There are no homeowner associations to find any of the expenses out.No one except management really has a handle on what is going on in the company.A Las Vegas venture that went sour AND ilx IS BEING SUED FOR OVER $7 MILLION FOR FRAUDULANT ACTIVITIES IN THE CLARK COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT.Upkeep waning at several of the resorts. Selling still going on at Los Abrigados even though it is oversold by a full 55%. I would recommend extreme caution in dealing with this stock.
