Complaint Review: ILX RESORTS Inc. - PREMIERE VACATION CLUB SEDONA

Mr. Martori! The hotel I stayed at was Las Abrigados. Here are the questions I have: Why was the room I was shown on the sales tour significantly different than the room I was assigned during my stay? In particular, the furniture and furnishings were completely different and quite run down. In my opinion, this is a classic bait-and-switch. Next, where are my HOA dues going? I am paying almost $100 per day in HOA alone. This doesn't include my timeshare purchase expense. What could you be using this for? By appearances, it is certainly not for the upkeep of the property. I want an exact breakdown of what this money is being used for and how much goes into YOUR pocket. Since I work near your offices, I will stop by this week so that we can discuss this face to face if you are not hiding behind your receptionist as before. I expect that if you are not able to remedy the situation you will refund EVERY dollar I have paid and wasted on your dump.
